Paul and David would like to welcome you to The Phoenix Guest House, where you can expect a warm welcome, and great hospitality. We have 6 rooms offering comfortable and relaxing accommodation over two floors.

A delicious breakfast using local produce is served in our spacious dining room to start the day off. The menu offers traditional cooked breakfast with vegan/vegetarian options. Those with a smaller appetite a lighter menu is available along with a continental breakfast.

Parking at the guest house is on-street parking in a permit area, a free permit is issued for all guests for the duration of their stay.

We are in walking distance of both the North and South bay, the open air theatre, Peasholm park, Scarborough cricket ground, town centre and the railway station.

A great base to explore the surrounding towns of Whitby, Filey, Pickering and Bridlington. Scarborough is located on the edge of The North York Moors National Park, an area of natural beauty with wooded river valleys, religious ruins and timeless villages. If you are cycling, hiking or driving, there is plenty to see and discover.
